Lieu An An

An An is registered with both the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Her counselling academic journey began at Monash University (Melbourne), reputed for its counselling education that cultivates an in-depth study of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and humanistic psychological theories. An An is currently completing the last leg of her Master in Counselling degree at Monash, where she was trained in the Gottman Method and undertook a specialised placement focusing on Couples Therapy.

An An believes in the power of laughter to enhance resilience and perspective, making therapy both effective and enjoyable for her clients. Holding a safe space where clients feel secure to explore their feelings and experiences without judgement, she weaves humour into her therapeutic process, to reduce stress and bring lightness to difficult topics for clients.
