Monica has been in the people-helping field for over three decades. As a seasoned counsellor, parenting consultant, and trainer, she has supported a diverse range of individuals and families in navigating life’s most complex challenges. Monica’s career is defined by her work with couples and families, where she has helped numerous clients move from states of hopelessness toward healthier relationship patterns and meaningful growth. She is particularly known for her expertise in affair recovery and marriage restoration, holding a strong conviction that even the deepest relational ruptures can be repaired.

She believes that “Transformation is within You,” and that meaningful change is possible despite the obstacles and challenges one may face.

Therapeutic Orientation

Monica adopts a Family-Systems approach to therapy, which views individuals through the lens of their relationships and family dynamics. She draws on a diverse, integrated range of  methods to suit the unique needs of each case, including:

  • Marital First Responder: Certified to train laymen communities to reach out to couples experiencing relationship distress.

  • Parenting Support: Accredited Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) provider addressing behavioural concerns in children and teens.

  • Family Intervention: Navigating challenges in family relationships, eldercare stress, and family reintegration during or after incarceration.
